Family court services
An Unbiased & Impartial Perspective
A Guardian ad litem (GAL) is a trained professional appointed by court to represent the best interests of a child in family court cases. They conduct thorough investigations, interview relevant parties, and gather information to provide the court with unbiased perspective on the child's needs. Similarly, a social investigator (or child custody evaluator) evaluates family dynamics and assesses the living situation to recommend custody arrangements that best balance the child's welfare. Both roles aim to ensure that the child's voice is heard and their best interests are prioritized in legal decisions. Rebecca is currently available to take new cases in the 18th and 19 circuit of Florida.
